The most common injury after a car accident is whiplash, which results from the sudden forward and backward movement of the neck from the impact. Whiplash can affect multiple structures of the neck and can take a long time to heal. Other common injuries from a car accident include strains to the shoulder, mid back and low back. Concussion is also a common injury from a car accident.

Immediately after a car accident, your body is in shock and there are a lot of stress hormones that get released.  These hormones can block your feelings of pain for the first 24-48 hours.  Once the effects of the shock start to wear off, then you will start to feel more pain symptoms.

Unfortunately, we are not able to offer services through OHIP at this time. The Ontario government recognizes that there are not enough clinics available to offer OHIP services in the community, especially in Mississauga, Etobicoke & Oakville. They have recently undertaken an initiative to begin licensing new treatment facilities in Mississauga, Etobicoke and surrounding areas. We applied for an OHIP license, but as of now, we are not aware of any new clinics that have been licensed to offer OHIP services. If and when this changes, we will be posting it on our website.

Yes, we do have hours as early as 7am and we are open until 7:30 pm many evenings. Hours may vary depending on the types of treatment that you may wish to access or depending on the therapist that you wish to see.

Yes! We have plenty of free parking at all of our facilities!

Yes, in many cases we can! We are able to bill many of the insurance companies electronically, thereby allowing you to avoid the hassle of paying first and then submitting your receipts to get your money back. More and more insurance companies are allowing us to bill them electronically every month! Please call us today !
